The Story of Hills FoodTech Solutions

Hills FoodTech Solutions is a transformative Food Movement that started in 2023. We embrace a strategy of empowering our clients from the ground up, facilitating leadership teams and advocating for changes with a real impact.

It all started with a passion for the sciences at school plus an innate love of food and cooking. Combining these interests took me to Reading University to study Food Technology, graduating in 1998.  Over the next 25+ years I have had the privilege to work for some incredible companies including some of the most famous UK brands in food, 

 

Over this time I have worked in technical and commercial roles auditing nearly all categories of food and drink including visits of 100+ factories all over the world.  I've been part of an extensive range of projects including a new site build, new high care build, technical team digital transformation, new technologies for shelf life optimisation and launching 300+ new products.

Given this breadth of experience, I'm uniquely placed to support any size of business in their traditional technical and quality needs as well as driving the benefits technical can offer to improve its commerciality too.
